Today, we announced Michael Juniper’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer of DigiCo Infrastructure REIT and Managing Director of Digital Infrastructure, HMC Capital. This follows his appointment as Senior Executive and Director of DGT in September 2025. Michael brings extensive experience as former founding executive and Deputy CEO at Airtrunk, helping build one of Asia-Pacific’s leading hyperscale platforms. He led expansion into major Asian markets and forged partnerships with top global cloud and technology companies.
In January 2026, Chris Maher will take on a newly created role within HMC Capital as Managing Director, Group Head of Government & Strategic Programs. This appointment reflects the growing importance of government relations across HMC’s digital and energy verticals and Chris’ strong expertise in this field. Michael and Chris will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition and sustained momentum across DigiCo’s strategic growth initiatives.
