BNE3 is 9,786 square metres of land adjacent to BNE2. DigiCo REIT has an option to expand its current lease with Brisbane Airport Corporation to include this site. BNE3 is a greenfield development estimated to deliver 19.6MW of IT Capacity across 9,786 square metres of land. The asset will be constructed in line with ‘tier 4’ design standards. Construction completion is estimated in calendar year 2027.
